About these terms

These terms apply when you use geotaxi.us and when you request a ride through it. The rides are provided by GeoTaxi: “we” and “us” below. Our Privacy Policy says what we do with your information.

A booking is a request

When you send a booking, we receive a request and you get a reference on screen. It is not a booked ride yet: dispatch contacts you to confirm it. If dispatch can't take your ride, they tell you.

Booking ahead

Book at least 30 minutes ahead; the form shows the earliest pickup you can choose. For a ride sooner than that, call dispatch at +1 (845) 717-8068.

Prices

• Airport runs (JFK, EWR, LGA and SWF) have a flat price, shown on the form before you book.
• For a local ride, a price the form shows before you book is your price. It changes only if you change the route or add stops or waiting time.
• When the form cannot price a trip, dispatch tells you the price when they confirm it.
• Stops and waiting time you add are part of the price. There is no surge pricing.
• Day trips have an all-inclusive price, shown before you request one.

Payment

Pay your driver in cash or by Zelle. Nothing is charged online, and this site never asks for card details.

Changes and cancellations

To change or cancel a ride, call dispatch at +1 (845) 717-8068. No fees are charged online.

Where we pick up

We don't currently pick up in New York City (the five boroughs) or at JFK, LaGuardia or Newark airports. We can drive you there; for a ride from there, please call dispatch.

Requests for your ride

• Lady driver on request. Any rider can ask, at no extra cost. It is a request, not a guarantee: we assign a female driver when one is free. If you ask for a lady driver, we will not send a different driver without calling you first. Everyone is welcome.
• A child seat is a request: dispatch confirms it with your ride.
• A flight number goes to dispatch with your booking. The site does not track flights.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.

Reviews

If you write a comment when you rate a ride, you agree that we may show it on this site with your first name. A comment appears only after the company approves it.

Using this site

Give true details, and book only rides you mean to take. Don't try to disrupt the site or to reach parts of it that aren't yours. We may refuse a booking that looks false.

Delays and liability

We work to be on time, but traffic, weather and other things outside our control can delay a ride. Please leave enough time for flights and appointments. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that follow from a delay or a missed ride, such as a missed flight. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow us to limit, or takes away your rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms; the terms on this page when you book apply to that booking. Parts of this page follow the site's settings, such as prices, pickups and our hours. The wording last changed on September 27, 2026.
